Gprs settings for ufone warid zong telenor mobilink jazz indigo

following are free manual gprs/edge settings for
all mobile phone networks in pakistan.i saw many
people have facing problem to get setting in there
handsets,in following steps you can manually
configure your cell phone for internet wap and
mms

UFONE

ufone gprs internet setting

Account name: Ufone
Access point: ufone.pinternet
user name: ufone
password: ufone
Homepage: wap.ufone.com

ufone mms settings

Account name:" ufone mms
Access point: ufone.plmms

NOTE: first activate your ufone gprs before you
setting your phone manually,you can activate
ufone gprs by calling help line 333 or send sms to
222 whith your phone model.for example
sonyericsson k810i and send to 222


TELENOR

telenor gprs internet setting

Account name: telenor
Access point: internet
user name: telenor
password: telenor

telenor mms setting

Account name: telenor mms
Access point: mms
proxy adress/homepage: 172.018.019.011
port: 8080


ZONG


zong gprs internet setting


Account name: zong
Access point: zonginternet
user name: (not require leave blank)
password: (not require leave blank)

zong mms setting

Account name: zongmms
Access point: zongmms
proxy adress/homepage: http://10.81.6.11:8080

NOTE: no require gprs activation its already
activated on every telenor sim


WARID

warid gprs setting

Account name: warid
Access point: wap.warid
proxy address: 10.4.2.1
user name: (not require leave blank)
password: (not require leave blank)

warid mms setting

Access point: mms.warid
IP: 10.4.2.1
user name: (not require leave blank)
password (not require leave blank)

NOTE: first activate gprs by calling helpline 321,
ignore this step if you already activate gprs


MOBILINK

JAZZ gprs internet setting

Account name: jazz
Access point: jazzconnect.mobilinkworld.com
user name: mobilink
password: mobilink

jazz mms settings

Account name: jazz mms
Access point: mms.mobilinkworld.com
Home page: http://mms/
proxy ip: 172.25.20.12
user name: mobilink
password: mobilink

INDIGO (postpaid)

mobilink indigo gprs internet setting

Account name: mobilink
Access point: connect.mobilinkworld.com
user name: mobilink
password : mobilink

mobilink indigo mms setting

Account name: mobilink mms
Access point: mms.mobilinkworld.com
Home page: http://mms/
proxy ip: 172.25.20.12
user name: mobilink
password: mobilink

NOTE: if you activated mobilink flash gprs/edge
then add "byte" in begining of access point,for
example indigo gprs access point is connect.
mobilinkworld.com in case of mobilink flash
internet activated it should be byteconnect.
mobilinkworld.com

  1. SubhanAllah...how come you are the only one who suggested that telenor be written with lower case???? Everyone else suggests Telenor (including Telenor)...the amazing thing is that it WORKS!

    Do you have any idea about TCP settings on blackberry for Mobilink Jazz? since every network wants you to get balckberry services to enjoy blackberry where we can enjoy all the stuff without activating blackberry services like, Messengers, brower, IM Chats, Skype. I have been using blackberry without BIS/BES on ufone by setting TCP settings Manually and it was working prefectly fine, I just have switched to Mobilink for some reasons but so far I am unable to setup TCP setting for jazz.
    Is there any blackberry user who is on mobilink who is already using TCP setting without BIS/BES? then share you're ideas with me, you're support would be appreciated.

  14. I am using GPRS/Edge Setting for Zong on my blackberry 8900. Its working smooth as it should be. Only thing missing is Push Email and BB messenger other wise it works fine.

    Just go to Options>advanced options>TCP/IP> in APN put "Zonginternet" without commas

    you are good to go. Browser, Google Maps and all other stuff working like charm

  15. Can anyone please help me out with settings for warid? I have a blackberry 8520 and till 3 days ago the gprs was working fine. Phone had to be unfortunately reset and how the service providers are telling me its impossible to get the gprs back.
